Condolence Message for the pass away of Mr. Franco Fabbian

With deepest regret we came to know that Mr. Franco Fabbian passed away at 0600 hours on
16th October 2016 in his hometown in Italy. The IRSE Hong Kong Section expresses condolence
on the loss of one of our best friends and founders of the Section. Franco had made significant
contributions to the railway construction and development of signalling technology in Hong Kong
that ever benefits the industry. May God bless him and his family.
