Notice (Ref: 20150506-5) : IRSE(HK) 20th Anniversary Dinner

Dear IRSE(HK) Members,

This e-mail serves as a warm reminder to memebers that the ticket ordering for the 'IRSE(HK) 20th Anniversary Dinner' is to be started on 12/5/2015 (Tue).

Interested members may send e-mail or call the two ticketing officers (Mr. P Y CHEUNG at Kowloon Bay HQ or Mr. K K PANG at Fo Tan Railway House) to place order of tickets.

We only accept order from current IRSE(HK) members and each ticket is reserved for one current IRSE(HK) member only.

Tickets are avilable for collection in the period of 12/5/2015 to 26/5/2015 inclusive, Monday to Friday, 6:00pm – 6:30pm, at the two Ticketing Officers' contact locations respectively.

Members will have to pay cash or cheque to collect the tickets.

Ordered tickets must be collected and paid within 3 working days after the booking is confirmed. Late collection will NOT be entertained.

As seats are limited, members are advised to tender their order as early as possible.

We adopt the first-come, first-served policy.
