Changes to the IRSE Professional Exam
The opportunity to book exam modules for this year is now closed (end June)
The current status of one compulsory module (module 1, safety) and three other optional modules remains in place for October 2020.
Also in October 2020 there will be a new fundamental paper available.
From October 2021 there will be 4 compulsory modules available only - people with current modules will not have to sit all 4 new modules!
The new membership subscription year begins today. As online payments are temporarily unavailable, you will shortly receive (if you have not already) an email or letter containing details on how to pay by bank transfer, credit card or cheque.

Obituary: Professor Ning Bin
1st May 1959 – 14th June 2019
We have been informed of the death of Professor Ning Bin, IRSE Fellow and former President of the Beijing Jaitong University. Tragically, he died in a road traffic accident in Beijing on 14th June. Ning Bin was a highly respected and much liked member of the IRSE, and he was instrumental in the formation of the IRSE China Section in 2016. There will be a full obituary in the September edition of IRSE News
