The visit is jointly organized by The Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (HK Section) and the Department of Electronic & Information Engineering, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Sha Tin). Details of arrangement are as follows:

1. Please bring along with your HKID Card.
2. The visit will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted before 11:30am on the date of the trip.

集合地點：香港科技園 綠巴27號總站
會員可在沙田巴士站乘綠色小巴27號線前往香港科技園。約10分鐘一班。
綠色小巴27號線站 - 由東鉄沙田站北面B出口出站轉左，向沙田政府合署或排頭村方向去，步行約兩分鐘。在斜路盡頭及沙田貨場欄杆側便是綠色小巴27號線站。乘27號小巴約10分鐘便可到達香港科技園 綠巴27號總站。
